UPDATED GUIDELINES & PROTOCOLS

Before Your Appointment: Before your appt, fill out the COVID-19 PRE-SCREENING form.. This is to ensure that anything like allergies, headaches or any pre-existing conditions that can look like COVID symptoms are on file. As per provincial guidelines there is a mandatory COVID pre-screen questionnaire to be emailed to you 24 hours before your appt. This is required to be filled out before each appointment. If you are sick, please cancel your appt with as much notice as possible. Your vehicle will be the waiting room for the time being. Please leave all unnecessary items behind. Don’t forget to lock your car. Aim on arriving 5 minutes early to use the washroom if needed. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance, please use it if you are not planning on going to the washroom to wash hands. During Your Appointment: Masks are mandatory for both myself and all clients until restrictions lift. If you forget yours, I will provide one for you. There will be longer time between appointments to allow for more cleaning, etc. If you plan on booking your family before/after your appt, text me and I will book your appts closer together.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations must be completed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel your appointment or cancellation within 24 hours of your service will result in a $50 charge.
