For the first 7 years of life, we exist largely in a theta brainwave state, which means that we behave like a sponge, absorbing everything we see and hear from our grandparents, parents, friends, caregivers, teachers, and our entire environment. This is how we get to form our beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world. All this information is stored in your subconscious, and you only become aware of it when it limits your progress in creating a balanced, successful, and happy life.

Through muscle testing and my clairsentient abilities, I guide you through the 4 steps of the Subconscious Imprinting process
- Reason and Reframe. To gain an understanding of the reason for the session and what your desired outcome is.
- Reveal the Root Cause. Through conversation (and/or muscle testing when required), we’ll reveal the “root cause” of the disharmony or disease you’re experiencing in your physical, emotional, or spiritual life.
- Reprogram. The root cause is often a hidden belief or decision you made due to a specific life event, experience, trauma, or influence.
Once the root-cause has been revealed, we will reprogram the subconscious mind with new guiding beliefs. The replaced empowering beliefs and decisions are imprinted now in the subconscious and are allowing you to create new outcomes that align with the life, emotions, health, and actions you desire.
This step can be compared to a “software” upgrade!
- RESTORE. Now that the “software” that’s been running subconsciously has been reprogrammed, you’re like a computer that’s been restored to its original settings. Think of it like cleaning your computer of viruses, and installing new apps that are way cooler and more aligned with who you want to become.
Completing this step will allow you to release some heavy baggage you may not have realized you’ve been carrying. You will notice that an abundance of magnificent changes is beginning to unfold and to manifest in your physical life.
